Refund Policy

At grindandgrace.info, we do not offer refunds for any products purchased through our website. However, we are happy to process replacements if the products received are proven to be defective. To request a replacement, please send an email to admin@grindandgrace.info with the following information:

  • Your name and order number

  • A description of the defect

  • A photograph or video of the defect

Our team will review your request and get back to you within 7 business days with instructions on how to proceed.

Shipping Policy

We currently offer shipping to customers within the United States. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment has been received (unless stated otherwise). Orders are shipped via standard shipping methods and can take between 3-7 business days to arrive.

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout and are based on the weight and size of the products being shipped, as well as the destination address.

Please note that we are not responsible for any delays or damages that occur during the shipping process. If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed during shipping, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
